Don't simply ask for GOOD, ask for the BEST. And the best way to find this is 'ingredients', a product is made of.

Try Garnier Fruits or Loreal They both are best. I use Lorel I really found difference in my hair.

There are lots of plants that contain saponins that can be used for body cleansing. Some foods are Chickpeas (garbanzos), Alfalfa, Lentils, Fenugreek, Mung beans, Azuki beans %26amp; Quinoa grain. I suppose you could soak them a few minutes then rinse %26amp; save the water for washing.
Here is a rinse for cleaning oily hair:
In a pan, heat 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon vinegar %26amp; 2 cups fresh watercress. Bring to boil, cover %26amp; remove from heat. Let sit 30 minutes, then strain out the herb.
