I let my cat out and now it is very dirty, I don't have any cat shampoo, and I can't go and get any either because my parents aren't here. I'm thinking of using aloe vera shampoo because it's not so strong as the other ones I have, but I need to know if it's ok to use it.Can I use aloe vera shampoo on my cat?
I definitely would not. Cats need to be bathed in cat shampoo because they clean themselves with their tongues, and there could be chemicals in people shampoo that will make them sick. Unless your cat is dirty with something dangerous (anti-freeze, cleaning products, etc) I would just wait until your parents get home. If he's tracking dirt everywhere you could just *rinse* him off, but he won't like it...
Good luck! Can I use aloe vera shampoo on my cat?
I wouldn't. If you MUST bath your cat, use baby shampoo. You sure wouldn't want to get soap in that sweetie's eyes. For now, just clean him off with some damp paper towels. (Good luck with that, too. LOL)
I've been in that situation with my dog, i used baby shampoo with no prob. just stay away from the eyes.if dogs can use it im sure cats could too
