Most of the time, they just do it. But if you are unsure about anything, you always, always need to express your interests %26amp; expectations, just to make sure your hairdresser has all the info needed to give you what you want. Call in advance of your appointment and just say, ';I wanted to confirm my appointment for tomorrow for a shampoo, cut %26amp; style.'; They'll tell you yes, you are set, or they'll say, oh...I'll make sure I add the ';shampoo, too.';
