Is Dove intese thearpy shampoo and cnditioner good for my dry damaged hair or do u have any other suggestions?

I use dove intense therepy and i like it alot. My hairs gone through hell and back in the past with dying and straightening and curling etc. and this seems to bring it back to life better then anything else i've tried.





I also want to try the pantene pro v restoratives one, that'll be my next try :)
