I know the directions always say not to but I think that is just because they want you to buy their product. I have used several different kinds in my machine and it has worked fine.Is it alright to use another brand carpet shampoo with my Bissel pro heat turbo machine?
I don't see why not. I always use different brands for my machine. I have dogs and the pet cleaning solution that Bissel makes simply doesn't cut it. Instead, I use Nature's Miracle, an entirely different brand. I've never had a problem with it.
you can absolutely use any kind of carpet shampoo. i have used a number of different kinds with my bissell and have never had any trouble.
Sure, it'll be just fine. The machine won't care what brand you use. I would use the brand that I prefer.
