What is the best shampoo for volume?

I have long blonde hair and I need some shampoo that will make it more voluminous. Right now I'm using Pantene Beautiful Lengths, and it makes it soft but super flat at the roots. I want it to lift at the roots and be thick.

This isn't a shampoo, but one of my friends gave me this really great idea for extra body and it always seems to work great.





If you have a flat iron, what you can do is grab about 2-3 inches of hair, hold them straight up, spray with hairspray, and then hold the flat iron at the root for about 15 seconds. After that you can tease and add more hairspray if you want, but usually it's not necessary. This may take a while, but when you're done, you're hair will look great. A similar look can be accomplished with giant hot rollers placed just at the roots.





Also: Remmington has a great root-lifter. It's kind of like moose, but it's thinner and you can spray it directly under your roots without getting it all over your hands. The salon I go to uses it in my hair, and it works like magic! It's a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it.

i have the same problem too...my hair is always really flat =/ but these shampoos and conditioners work really well!
Instead of a volumizing shampoo, try volumizing mousse and blow dry at least your roots with your head upside down.

Pantane has very good hair products to volumize. I've used it
