1) I'm a girl.
2) I have curly hair that goes down to about mid-back.
3) My hair is kinda dry.
4) I use a flat iron on my hair about 2-3 times a week. What shampoo and conditioner should I use?
I have similar hair texture and also flat iron my hair and I use Tresemme shampoos and conditioners. They are available at most drug stores such as Walgreens, CVS, Target etc and cost about $5 for a big bottle- pretty good price for the product. Try washing your hair every 2-3 days to avoid overdrying. What shampoo and conditioner should I use?
pantene or dove

Coarse, curly hair Curly hair is almost always dry hair and here’s why: Oils produced in the scalp don’t travel as easily down the hair shaft as they do with straight hair. We've found creamy, moisturizing shampoos work best for this hair texture. Look for wheat germ oil, shea butter and nut oils (macadamia, for example) in your shampoos. These tend to coat the hair shaft, trapping water inside.

You don't need all the expensive salon styling products. A good conditioner that you apply after shampooing and then rinses out is very good. Also avoid a lot of sprays and gels if your hair is dry. What's wrong with your long curls? You know what women PAY for curls?
