I dont really get this question.How does non-tearing shampoo work?
i went on this website for the same question for my science lab and it said that non tearing shampoos work because there is a less amount of acid, alkaline, and alcohol in it. and that those components make your eyes tear... this is the website that i found it on.... http://www.newton.dep.anl.gov/askasci/gen01/gen01258.htm
