What is the best shampoo for healthy, long hair?

i have thick, long, wavy hair and i want to grow it longer without split ends or frizz, and without drying it out, ive tried erbal essences shampoo but it dosn't get my hair very clean, what would u suggestWhat is the best shampoo for healthy, long hair?
Honestly, brand doesn't matter. If you think Herbal Essences really doesn't work for you, then try any other brand. Don't spend too much $$ on shampoo. Shampoo for me is just ';soap'; for your hair. It cleans out the dirt and stuff, but also essential oils that your body naturally develops. My recommendation is to use small dabs of shampoo (the size of a dime on your palm) every other time you shower. Invest in a lot of conditioner (buy hydrating conditioner in bulk at Costco, Suave if you're on a budget). Use a lot of it in your hair and leave it on for about two minutes. Dry your hair by running your fingers through it whilst detangling it. Use small amounts of leave-in conditioner and massage it in your hair. When it's dry, you can flat iron your hair just enough to straighten it (if you need to) and use biosilk hair serum. You still might have to trim your hair in case split ends do come up.What is the best shampoo for healthy, long hair?
